The Lockdate System

When shifts appear in the myFlexPay app in a PENDING  state, the system is working as intended. A new pay period has started, but there is a temporary period of time where new shift data is inaccessible. This is called the payroll lockout period.

To receive  a copy of the lockdate schedule for each pay period, contact a myFlexPay staff member here

As the lock date on the schedule approaches, the previous pay period's shift data stops being accessible, and instead, access to the new pay period is opened. (AND PLEASE NOTE, AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: timings can delay as long as 36 hours after the expected date in the schedule that is provided. myFlexPay staff have a rough estimate at this time for the dates when each payroll lockout period ends)

When the lockout period does complete, access to the current pay period isopened. Once that happens, you wages earned in the current pay period are accessible, and those shifts will no longer show as pending
