How to log in
We use a Magic Link or PIN to keep your account secure without needing a password. 📱
- Request the link: Open the app, enter your work-registered email, and tap Next.
- Check your inbox: Look for an email from Stream.
- Log in: Tap the link in the email to automatically launch and unlock the app.
- Using a computer? If you open the email on a desktop, manually type the PIN from that email into your mobile app.
Having trouble?
- Stay on one device: You must open the email on the same phone where the app is installed. Magic links cannot be forwarded.
- Check your email address: Ensure you are using the exact email address your employer has on file.
- Wait for the code: Requesting multiple links can lock your account. If the email doesn't arrive, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
