How do I sign up?
- Workday Setup: Log in to Workday and ensure your Payment Elections are set to Direct Deposit and the amount is set to Balance.
- Download the app: Download myFlexPay on iOS or Android.
- Sign Up: Enter the email address used in your Workday account to link your payroll data.
- Invite Email: Look for an invitation email from myFlexPay.
- Can't find it? Check your junk/spam folder first.
- Still missing? Please raise a ticket with our Support Team to request a new link.
- Log In: On your mobile device, open the invitation email and tap the Sign Into myFlexPay button. This will automatically open the app and log you in.
🔍 Troubleshooting: Can't find your account?
If you're having trouble, it’s usually due to one of the following:

New Hire: It can take a few days for your details to sync from your employer’s system.

Email Mismatch: Ensure you are using the exact email address your employer has on file.

Eligibility: Some roles or locations may not be eligible for the service yet.
