How do I transfer my pay?
myFlexPay lets you access a portion of your earned wages before payday.
How to make a transfer:
- Tap Start a Transfer on the home screen.
- Enter the amount you want to take and tap Next.
- Pick your speed:
- Instant (incurs a small fee): Arrives in minutes
- Standard (free): Arrives in 1–3 business days. These are sent via ACH, so they are slower on weekends and bank holidays.
- Confirm: Double-check your bank details and tap Confirm.
- Check the repayment date: The confirmation screen will show you exactly which paycheck this transfer will be repaid from.
⚠️ Important Reminders
- No Take-Backs: Once a transfer is successful, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Please review your amount and timing carefully!
- Wrong Bank Details? If your bank info is incorrect, do not make a transfer. Use this guide to fix it: How do I change my banking or personal details?
- To update your bank: Tap the Settings (⛭) icon > Accounts to add a new debit card or update your bank details.
