⏱️ It takes less than 5 minutes to register your details with the myFlexPay app.
📆 Once you have completed this part of the process, a few items need to be actioned behind the scenes before your enrollment is complete. This is frequently completed within 24 hours but can take up to three days, depending on the company you work for.
📧 We will send you an email once your enrollment is finalized, at which point you will be able to access the app.
NOTE: You may not be able to transfer immediately after enrollment as we require your employer to send us your shift/salary data. If this data hasn't been received, we will be unable to show your earnings which will mean you won't be able to transfer. If you believe this is impacting you, please reach out to your employer to ensure they have correctly approved and sent us your shifts/salary data.
