Your available balance is designed to show your regular earnings. However, certain types of pay are handled differently depending on your employment type and your company's specific settings.
For Hourly Employees: Your balance shows shifts worked at your regular base rate. Holiday, sick, parental leave, and overtime are standardly not available for early transfer.
For Salaried Employees: Your balance typically only includes your base salary. Whether any paid leave (holiday, sick, parental) is included depends on your employer's specific setup. If you are eligible for overtime, this is generally not available for early transfer.
Any wages from leave or overtime will stil be paid directly to you by your employer on your regularly scheduled payday.
⚠️ Important: Account Pausing during Leave
If you are on an extended leave of absence, your employer may choose to pause your myFlexPay account.
Who controls this? This pause is initiated by your employer.
Can myFlexPay fix it? No. We cannot reactivate an account if the pause was started by your employer. You will need to speak with your HR or Payroll team to discuss your account status.
If you have questions about your entitlement to paid leave, please contact your employer’s HR department directly.
For Employer Support: If your employer has technical questions regarding your account settings, they can reach our partner support team at help@myflexpay.com
