How do I close my account?

If you’d like to close your account, you can do so directly in the app:
- Go to the Home page and tap the cog icon (top right).
- Tap Account under the General category.
- Tap Close and terminate account.
- Tap Close account again to confirm.
What happens next?
- No outstanding balance: Your account will be closed immediately.
- Outstanding balance: Your account will be paused until your next paycheck. Once your balance is fully settled from that paycheck, the account will close automatically.
- Active Save Account: Any remaining funds in your Save account will be sent to your primary bank account on file within 5 business days.
Important to note ⚠️
- Re-enrolling: If you decide to reopen your account, re-enrollment could take up to 14 days
- Account Policy: We maintain a discretionary policy for users who frequently close and reopen their account to ensure a fair and secure service for everyone
