PAYMENT ELECTION ADJUSTMENTS
In Workday: please do not have more than two (2) Payment Elections in place. In order for myFlexPay to work, users who work for Driven Brands cannot have any more than two (2) Payment Elections in Workday at any given time. (For all other instructions, please refer back to Adjusting Payment Elections in Workday)
MISSING SHIFTS
Driven Brands users should expect to see shifts update in myFlexPay, after Management or HR/Payroll has fully approved the shift. Please reach out to your Manager or HR/Payroll team to confirm when the approval process has taken place.
Until a shift is fully Approved, an entered shift will show in your account as a "pending" shift. Once Approved, myFlexPay will update the shift for access within the account on the next scheduled data sync (please note: myFlexPay syncs with Workday for shift uploads every 4 hours)
